The Lord Sayth

February 26th, 2011 by Cheese

Here’s one from 2007 or 2008 featuring one of the Jams favorite subjects, religion. I’ve said before, religion and fart jokes are many cartoonists bread and butter. They are subjects that are easy to grasp and easy to mock. This one features one of my top picks for ‘Miss Lasko-Gross’ best contribution to the Jams,’ her panel is simply beautiful.

The Bad Christian

Here’s a rare color jam. Someone happened to bring a long a few markers and we went to town with them. This was during the McCarthy’s era, Kleid’s panel is dated 2006. Check out this great panel by Joe Meyer (featured below) this whole jam looks great, also dig the early Darryl Ayo panel at the end.

The Temple

Sometimes we have jams that are so fucking funny they end after the first few panels.  This is one that almost ended after the second panel, and I’m glad it didn’t because it features walking alien sperm and a Monkey/Modok combination. Special guest art by cartoon magnate Chris Prynoski. I think it’s from 2006.

Here’s a short one that Neil Kleid nailed on the fourth panel.  Sometimes shorter is sweeter.
